Inspired by celebrations
for the 350th Anniversary of the Town of Wells,
a group of local farmers joined together in 2003
to form the Wells Farmers' Market.
Since then, the market has grown each year
as it continues to bring you the best
in locally-produced agricultural products.
We have welcomed several new
vendors
each year with interesting offerings such as
hand-crafted cheeses and fresh Maine lobster.
We hope you will join us for our sixth season.
The Wells Farmers' Market is held on
Wednesday afternoons from 2:00 to 5:30pm
and features fresh local fruits & vegetables,
organic produce, baked goods, flowers, eggs,
meats, fresh & dried herbs, cheese, and potted plants.
The market is open from
late May to early October,
located in the parking lot of the Wells Town Hall.
